jus came out from a shower... went for a jog with sis and yammy ( yujian). we went to a nearby demolished cemetery. a christian one. its really peaceful there, with quite a number of people. its been a very very long time since i last done some serious excercising. guess i should invest on a pair of running shoes, and start jogging! at least once a week. what im planning to do is to jog on every wed and sat. depends on whether i'll be haviing lessons on wed. ani suggestions on what brand to buy? guess i'll visit the RSH factory outlet near my hse, or visit penisular or queensway soon.. real soon before i spent all my money!
