4 more days~~~

4 more days to my birthdae... 4 more days to the closure of Ngood Video Pte Ltd. should i be sad or happy?

the closure of Ngood, something that i have been waiting for.. but right now.. im having mixed feelings to it. happie cos it would be somehow a get out from that torturing place.. the irritating incharge.. the dangerous colleagues.. sad.. cos... i would be jobless.. would not be able to see the nice people that i get to know during the 1yr + that i had worked there. thinking of the people that i get to know and counting them, it makes up to around 30 of them. i was rather shocked when i see the figures. perhaps its that i usually see these few people only. i spent most of my time at this place. bedok. 5 days a week. its more than the time i spent in school, counting the number of days. 4 days in school. 5 days at work. although it is only one more day.
People whom i get to know while working. ( alot of them so i'll just name the top 10 whom i get along most with excluding my colleagues)

7.Lily and husband ( regular customer )
8. HL uncle ( someone who provides us with 4D results and marigold products)
9.De Hua ( HP counter ) dun really like him though.
10. Wilson ( HP counter )
these names.. so familiar to me now.. dun really need to think much other than placing them down thinking are they considered the top 10 in the 30s that i know. im somehow the youngest in the whole lane starting from my shop. these people varies from ages. 20+ to 60+. some can be my korkor liaoz while some is even old enough to be my ah gong. these people teaches me many things. the beautiful part of people, and also the ugly side.
working at bedok i learnt so many things. how nasty a superior can be and how dangerous a colleague could be. how nice strangers could be and also how nice our neighbours can be. making frens with neighbours is great. firstly, they are the one who knows ur colleagues so at times when u need to complain about colleagues, they know who u are talking to. secondly, they are the ones who really motivates u to work other than the pay. third, u could easily get more discounts!
these are the things that we would earn easily if we work in a shopping centre. a shop house, people are so close to each other, and things are limited. in a shopping centre, there are too many shops, the people you see each day could be different. in a shopping centre, other than our colleagues, people whom we know are deemed as acquaintance, not friends. in a shop house, there could easily be bother. acquaintance or friends.
i believe i would frequently drop by bedok to visit these friends. =) such friendly and nice people they are. cant easily gain when working at somewhere else.
